Hi! I'm Samara.

I like to craft tales that transport you to enchanting worlds, filled with unforgettable characters and timeless passion. 

In my previous life, I was a journalist, a travel writer, and a manga artist. I was born in Southeast Asia and now call the Canadian prairies home.

Genres (reading): Science fiction, manga/manhwa, history, espionage, erotica

Genres (writing): Historical, science fantasy, spicy romance

Tropes: Enemies-to-lovers, grumpy x sunshine, gentle giant

Time periods: Medieval, ancient world, distant future

Some more facts about me:

• Years ago, I published an espionage graphic novel series. Back then, I wasn’t into romance, but looking back, all the tropes were right there!

• I love painting with acrylics but prefer digital art because traditional mediums don't come with layers or an UNDO button!
