A decade and a half ago, I wrote, illustrated, and published a two-part graphic novel series about two British special agents in Hong Kong. With the script already in hand, I thought, why not adapt it into a novel? Two months later, I found myself editing the first book, and soon after, I was deep into writing the sequel—and eventually a third installment—to complete the saga. The sequels expand on the original characters, following them as they age and evolve, with threads of my own life experiences woven into the details. This is truly a labor of love... and lust... and action and angst.
